45 DAY RETURN POLICY
Unwanted Goods
Goods may be returned within 45 days of purchase if they are no longer required. The goods must be unopened, in their original packaging & not have been fitted to a machine. Any goods you wish to return through this process please contact your local depot. The cost of returning the item to ourselves will be covered by the customer & any carriage costs incurred to send you the item originally will not be refunded; this includes where the refund of such item reduces the original order below our free delivery thresholds.
Exceptions to this policy:
Faulty Goods
Goods that fail within 45 days of purchase may be eligible for replacement or refund. Please report the failure as soon as possible and retain the faulty item as it will need to be returned for inspection. Any item that is deemed to have failed through improper use, improper servicing or has been modified by the customer will not be eligible for replacement or refund. Please be aware that this guarantee does not cover any consequential damages or loss of earnings caused by faulty products.
MISSING ITEM/DAMAGED GOODS
Damaged goods or missing goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Both the goods & packaging material must be retained otherwise no refund or replacement will be granted. After this period we reserve the right to decline a replacement or refund.
FILTER GUARANTEE
All filters we supply are guaranteed to be free of any defect during their recommeded service life. In the event of engine damage caused by our filters, we will pay the cost of restoring the original engine to the condition before failure. Any other losses or consequential damages are not covered by such warranty.
