In Memoriam: Alf Kavanagh
It is with great sadness that we must announce the passing of Alf Kavanagh, company founder of Greenred Spares. Alf passed away peacefully on Tuesday 25th January 2022 after a lengthy battle with cancer.
Alf was a great inspiration, leader & mentor for all of us here at Greenred as well as a family member to many who he gave opportunities to regardless of background or experience.
Lots of you will have known Alf for many years and would know that he would want us to continue to build on the strong foundations he created here at Greenred.
This means that from a business perspective nothing will change for our customers & we will continue to operate the company in the way he would have wished.
Alf leaves behind his wife Cathy, brothers Pat, John & Michael, sister Mairea along with nieces and nephews.
As a sign of respect & to allow all our staff to attend the funeral we will temporarily be closed on Friday 11/02/2022. Any orders placed on Friday will be sent when we open as usual on Monday 14/02/2022.
